• Do not invite "Debbie Downer" or Drama Queens.
• Also, it is probably better to not bring your children. Unless they are over 18 and also looking for a job.

Where

• Someone's house or apartment
• A coffee shop or restaurant where you can hear each other, but can also be loud. And drink.

When

• Probably a weeknight.
• When you all have free time with nothing scheduled afterwards.
• Note: People should make a commitment to stay for the whole thing (otherwise their resume gets ripped apart last).
